Estelle Dogbo. is a seasoned healthcare operator and a DEI advocate who has keen interest in bringing the most innovative health technologies to overlooked and underserved populations.
During her decade of experience in industry working with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies like Sanofi, Roche and 54gene, she has led multicultural teams through diverse business development initiatives including market entry, products launches, government relationships and operational scale ups. Estelle’s deep network in the global healthcare community will contribute to building a strong platform enabling scientific and drug discovery in the healthcare ecosystem in Africa.
She holds 2 master degrees in Management of Biotechnologies from IONIS STM & a Masters in Cellular Biology from Paris Sorbonne North university. She is currently Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Syndicate Bio, a platform biotech driving precision medicine initiatives in the world’s most diverse populations.
