Isabelle Lessedjina

Managing Partner at ANIZ and Independent Director ESG Lead, Rawbank

Holder of two Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA), one obtained from the Institute of Higher Business Studies (IESE Business School) in Spain and the other from the International Business School in London (London Business School), Isabelle Lessedjina also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. 

In 2001, she began her professional career at the airline company Virgin Express in Belgium, where she was employed as Treasury Manager. In 2003, she joined Besins Healthcare Group, a private pharmaceutical company located in Monaco with offices in France and Belgium. In 2009, she held the position of Associate Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked until 2010. 

In 2010, she was appointed Vice President of Commercial and Marketing at GECAS (GE Capital Aviation Services) in Ghana and Ireland, a position she held until 2015 when she was called to serve as Director in charge of advisory, innovation, and financing solutions at the international consultancy firm ESSA Ltd in Mauritius. She was recruited in 2018 by Philips Capital in the Netherlands as Director for France and Head of Strategic Financing Solutions for Southern Europe & Africa. Since 2019, she has been the First Vice President of The Currency Exchange Fund (TCX). 

It was in January 2020 that Isabelle Lessedjina was appointed as an independent director of RAWBANK SA.
