Mamie Kalonda have a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Salford (UK), a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Lubumbashi, a former student of the Harvard Business School, an MBA in Strategic Business Development, a certificate in leadership from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, a leadership certificate from Stonier Wharton University (US Philadelphia), as well as a diploma from the American Bankers Association, Mamie KALONDA is a Microfinance professional with a career spanning over 20 years in roles such as Credit Officer, Branch Manager, Operations Director, and General Manager. She has successfully worked for the FINCA group (International Microfinance Network) in various countries including Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, DRC, and for the Advans Group (international microfinance leader) as Deputy General Manager of the Nigeria subsidiary and currently as General Manager of the Cameroon subsidiary.
