Olatoyosi Adekoya

Toyosi, in the last 21 years has contributed to the development of organizations and human capital. With a combined 10 years in management consulting, first in Phillips Consulting and then in KPMG, she led teams to provide innovative solutions in the areas of human resource management, project management, process improvement, strategy articulation and execution. 

In pursuit of industry experience, Toyosi worked with General Electric (GE) as Learning and Development Leader for Sub-Sahara Africa where she provided transformational learning and development solutions across all employee levels and in alignment with global learning objectives. Thereafter, she joined Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), where she is currently Deputy Director & Head, Talent Management. Over the years, she has contributed to bridging infrastructure deficient in Africa by developing and implementing initiatives to hire, retain, engage, reward, and develop highly competent employees, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering diversity and inclusion practices in the organization.  

A graduate of Demography & Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University. Toyosi also holds an MBA from Imperial College, Employment Law certificate from Cornell University and would be completing a master’s degree in HR from Georgetown University.  She is a certified project management professional (PMP) and holds the Occupational testing, GPHR and SCP-SHRM certifications for HR Management.  She is also an alumnus of the HR in Transforming Organizations Program of the London Business School.   

As a passionate, ethical and result driven leader, Toyosi is committed to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She drives CSR initiatives and founded a life development network for women. She is also a coach and mentor to several young professionals.
