Sandra Sancier-Sultan
Associate Director, McKinsey
Sandra is a Senior Partner with McKinsey, based in Paris. Since joining the Firm in 1993, she has worked across Europe and Africa and has spent time in our San Francisco office before moving back to France. Sandra leads our global Business reinvention service line and supports clients in delivering on ambitious growth and transformation targets. She has a passion for growth and organizational transformation – including digital and analytics, operating model, talents and culture – and supports clients from banking, insurance, telecom and energy reinvent and capture their full growth potential.
Sandra is also very active in developing gender diversity initiatives and programs at her clients or internally at McKinsey. She regularly addresses conferences and the media on gender diversity and has coauthored for the past fifteen years the pioneering “Women Matter” series,of research, building the case for more women at the top of Corporations. Sandra holds a degree from l’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) and an MBA from INSEAD.
